Request for support
If you experience problems in operation of the HG 324, please
check (or repeat) the installation procedure and if problem
persists refer to the Troubleshooting section.
If this does not solve your problem
then please contact us
with your question via e-mail.
In order to make easier
for us to sort out your mail and give a precise answer, please
include the following in the mail:

The subject line of the e-mail should be: "HG324 - request for support"

Refer to the 19-digit serial number (SN) written on the sticker
placed on the HG324 unit. Refering to this
number that makes you eligible to request a support.

Include information about the operating system which
you are using and its version. For Linux include the
following information:

Version of the kernel
(This number appears on the login prompt. Once you are logged
in you can get it by the command:
uname -r )

Name and version of the Linux distribution
(eg. Slackware 7.0)

Version of the gcc C compiler installed (to get this info type:
gcc -v )
-
Explain in detail what is the problem.

In case you have a problem running one of the included programs,
please send the full information printed when you run the program.
